Getting a Mortgage

There are many things to consider when obtaining a mortgage.  Loan type, interest rate and other terms that apply.  A great first step is to contact a local lender and ask questions of their requirements.  Shop around for the best combinations of loan options that work best for your situation.  Here's a general list of what a lender will ask of you to get you approved for a mortgage along with some other items to consider.  If you have any questions, contact one of our REALTORS® and ask some questions to get you started.

New Agent Ezra Davie

Welcome Ezra Davie

My name is Ezra Davie.  I have lived in Bellefontaine my entire life.  I am blessed to have amazing parents who prepared me for this next step in my life.  My mom homeschooled me my entire childhood along with my three brothers and one sister, and my dad has to this day showed me how to do everything from fixing cars to being an honest, hardworking, Godly man.  I spent my high school years playing basketball for Calvary Christian School and taking College Credit plus classes.  In May of 2023, I graduated from high school and also graduated from Clark State College with my associates in science and real estate certificate.

Since I finished school, I have been working for a contractor remodeling homes, building decks, painting, flooring, drywall, etc.  Some of my hobbies include working out, watching the office an playing basketball, pickle ball or frisbee golf.

This year I look forward to being a perfect option for anyone looking for a hard working, honest REALTOR®.

Why Hire A Home Inspector

A home inspection can educate a buyer on the conditions found at a property.  Inspections can provide details about the age of mechanical items (furnace, water heater, roof, etc.).  It is a good idea to have a home inspection done during an inspection period when purchasing a home.  Buyers should budget for $350-750 for inspections and the cost varies based on the types of inspections hired to be completed; there is a base fee for the general home inspection and additional costs for add-on inspections like a water test, radon inspection, sewer scope, chimney scope or other.  Here's a quick list of the benefits of why you should hire a home inspector!
